The Sprint Long Drive Contest of the Midlands
JUNE 19, 2001 - Par Tee Golf Center in Cayce hosted the 2001 Sprint PCS Long Drive Contest of the Midlands this past Saturday.
The event was a huge success, not only for the participants but also the kids in attendance who received free golf instruction.
Over 100 kids from around the area, along with some Special Olympics participants were reached this day through the teaching of Chris Miller, Robert Parker, and David Seawell.
