Worth the Money
This course will never be in the shape it was years ago when the Nike Tour was playing here but I have seen improved course conditions since my last visit. The greens were in good shape and rolled well. Fairways were adequate. Condition of the tee boxes had improved since Fathers Day. The rough around the greens was higher than I’m use to seeing out there so you better hit the green or stay on the fringe. Sand traps need some work. Compared to other courses around, this is a good deal for $40. Will be back.

Best Course Around
Great course, great conditions, nice food at the turn and practice area. Very challenging but fun golf, lots of bunkers and water comes into play a fair amount. Greens aren’t too challenging mostly but they roll fast and true, and after the challenge of hitting the greens in reg it is nice that they aren’t crazy sloped in most cases. My wife and I moved to the area a few months ago and this is the best round we have found near Florence thus far.

Highly Recommend
Great course that’s steadily improving under the supervision of the club pro. Layout is challenging for any level of player with the different tee options. Staff is great. Bar and grille is second to none. Highly recommend.

Golf now $37. A great value, joined a member couple and had a good time, condition better than Tampa public courses!!!!!
Better than before but still just OK
When I last played here 10 years ago, the course was a mess. Fairway grass was dying in spots and it was rock hard. This seems to have improved. Greens in particular rolled nice. Tee boxes and bunkers were so so. I’m just glad I didn’t listen to the guy in the shop. I asked if I could go out a little early since I was just a single and he said I couldn’t because he said it was “pretty busy.” I went out anyway since the tee was open and played in under 3 hours. Didn’t catch anyone till the 18th hole. Only paid $14 on a hot deal plus rewards. Wouldn’t pay more than $30 to play here.

Nice early bday fun
18 holes shot a 95 which is good for me anymore cuz I only play 1-2times per month. Course cleanish. One father and son were playing super speed golf so on my butt for a couple holes till I let em play thru. Weather great and had a good time. Will play again

Course conditions
This is a great track. It has a nice layout and has some very challenging holes. Within a year she's going to be a beautiful course. They are making great improvements they need more people out there to get this course built up. Think the management is on the right track.

Nice day to play on this course. They just did aeration so it'll be a while before the course is smooth again.

Bunkers everywhere!
A nice moderately challenging layout. Greens were in great shape as were some fairways. Tees, primary rough, and some fairways could use work. My main takeaway is that there are bunkers everywhere on this course and I think I hit most of them! Luckily the bunkers were in great shape. Really nice folks there too. Definitely worth playing.
Interesting Round
Course is odd in many ways. The signage is terrible. First timers are in for some searching to figure things out, Several times we had two ladies just randomly driving around on a golf cart which apparently they had permission to do but that is very dangerous when you are not expecting to have someone just show up directly in your line when you are teeing off. And another time when we were ready in the middle of the fairway at our ball but had to wait because they stopped to sightsee right in the middle of our intended ball flight. Just bizarre. Sometimes the cart path just disappears and you are left forging ahead and hoping you are going in the right direction. It isn't a bad course but it was just odd in so many ways and could use quite a bit of TLC.
Good Bones.
This course will probably never be what it used to be, but the great bones this course has as well as it’s interesting layout will keep it a good playable course for years to come.

Thought the course was in good condition, sand traps had been raked, no problem hitting out of them. Greens were very nice and rolled true. Caught up to someone rolling the greens on the back 9.
Absolutely will play again if in the area.
